The decision for the source of your support is yours, and should be based on your organization's needs.

Keep in mind that an active maintenance agreement is required for you or your business partner to access technical support. Should you decide to purchase one of the support plans available from Exact, you'll have toll-free access to our support representatives, and 24 hour on-line access to our customer portal including:

  • InfoMine - a comprehensive knowledge base chock full of frequently asked questions and answers! The detailed information can greatly assist in short-cutting the time to resolve installation, configuration, or application questions.
  • QA Tracker - a complete reservoir of software errors, corrections, and enhancements. View existing entries or initiate new ones.
  • Hot Topics - a single source for current product news flashes or developments. Timely alerts regarding topics such as year end processing are posted here for immediate review
  • Download - an organized area providing an easy method of acquiring the latest technical paper or latest program update.
If you have an active maintenance plan and choose to use your local Business Partner for support, you'll still have access to the portal features.
